Our groups are built around the season of motherhood you’re in. Some are for first-time moms, and some are for second-time moms, and they are matched to your baby’s age like 6 weeks to 6 months or 6 months to a year. Our goal is to also place moms in groups together based on where they live. We’ll keep adding more groups over time, and each group on our Upcoming Groups page shows who it’s designed for.

Yes! You’re welcome to join a group even if your baby’s age or your stage of motherhood doesn’t match exactly. Just reach out and we’ll help you find the right group for you.

It's both! You don’t need to be struggling or going through anything in particular to join. If you're looking to build community with other moms this is your group. Motherhood looks different for all of us, and it can be wonderfully rewarding and all-consuming at the same time. It really helps to have someone beside you who gets it.

Our groups are focused on you and on motherhood. We don’t typically dig into things like sleep patterns or lactation, but you’re always welcome to bring your baby and talk about them as much as you’d like. We also have partners that specialize in these areas and we are happy to put you in touch and provide a recommendation if needed.

Every path to motherhood is welcome here. Our groups are a space for all moms - whether it's your first, second, or third child. We support queer moms, adoptive and foster moms, and moms who grew their family through surrogacy.
