First-Time Moms: Navigating the Early Months

Becoming a mom for the first time is life-changing.

This is our first class offering - a thoughtfully curated program that's been created to help you build your village of local moms and trusted professionals in postpartum and women's health who truly get it and are here to help as you navigate the transition into motherhood.

Focusing on physical recovery and the relationship with your postpartum body. We cover healing, nutrition, and listening to your body's signals.
